No shipping charges over orders worth $50 and above. BUT! The shipping time is painfully long. It can take upto 6 weeks to reach you. It comes via Indian post and the customs charges are often high. For instance, I had to pay a duty of INR 2100 on an order worth $58.
Option 2 :
Use a shipping service like sofu.us/
They give you a virtual US address. Use that address while placing your order on the ColourPop website. Once the order reaches the SOFU warehouse in New York, they forward it to your address in India. Charges are about INR 900 for packages upto 1 lbs, INR 1300 approx. for upto 2 lbs and so on. The package comes to India via FedEx so shipping is quick! I've generally paid around INR 500-700 in customs. So overall, the total cost is similar to option 1 but shipping time is MUCH faster!
Option 3 :
